Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
